Thales 's service solutions include remote and on-site support for maintenance ensuring system knowledge and recovery. Since 2009, Thales equipped in Dubai's metro network with its complete transportation package including signaling, supervision, telecommunications, security and ticketing systems. Dubai's state-of-the-art metro conveys an image of modernity offering passengers optimum reliability and provides an attractive, sustainable alternative to car journeys. By working with regional industrial powerhouses regarding urban transport and main lines, Thales is further cementing its presence in the region.
