The Ministry of Labor has warned the private companies against eating up the minimum 4-day Haj break their employees are legally entitled starting Dec. 7, said Hattab Al-Inizi, director of public relations at the ministry. The private establishments may negotiate with their employees overtime compensation and work hours if needed, he said.
