Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), the regulatory body for Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), the integrated free zone technology park, has achieved an 80% overall satisfaction rating in its latest customer satisfaction survey. Conducted via “Gizmo”, an online software service that guarantees integrity and confidentiality of responses, the survey measured the satisfaction of clients and business partners over the services offered by DSO across the ICT, Sales, Leasing, Client Servicing, Finance, Health, Safety and Operations, as well as Planning and Design departments. Following year 2013 survey findings, DSO launched a Client Management Center in 2014 to bring all of the services delivered by the organization, such as Government services, IT services and facility management, under one roof. This year's key survey findings awarded the center an 82% satisfaction rating. Respondents commended the professionalism and courteousness of the servicing team, as well as the effectiveness of the team in facilitating customer demands.
