Faisal, Emir of Makkah region, tours the Haj holy sites Monday to supervise the final arrangements for the pilgrimage. The Arafat Standing, the high point of Haj, will be on Dec. 7. He said 1.5 million pilgrims from abroad have already arrived. The Emir said the Haj permit was not a new thing but this year the law is being enforced without any laxity.
