Mubeen smashes ton in Madinah

MADINAH — My Care Hala, Kashmir-XI, Jutt-XI, Pak Madinah, Mardouf Unique and Masco-XI won their respective matches in MCL MoneyGram CKB Tournament here.

In the first match My Care Hala defeated My Care Hala White by 44 runs. My care Hala racked up 215 for 7 with Musawwaer making 85 with 8 fours and 5 sixes while Sajjad compiled 34 and Shahid 40. Rumman took 3 wickets.
My Care Hala, in reply, was shot out for 171 as Bilal made 87 with 4 sixes and 8 fours, Yasser 21 and Hamza 23. Shahid and Sohail claimed 2 wickets each.

In the second encounter, Kashmir-XI downed Al-Jouda-XI by 8 wickets. Al-Jouda was bowled out for 85. Jannat Ali made 19 and Zahid 15. Raees, Ziyaraf and Shabu took 2 wickets each. Kashmir reached 86 for 2 as Ziyaraf hit 43 and Imran 30.

In another match, Jutt-XI edged past Kings-XI by 3 wickets. Kings-XI posted 202 for 8 as Omar Sohail stroked 57, Kashif Awan 50 and Asrar 39. Babar grabbed 3 wickets and Bilal 2. Jutt-XI was home (203 for 7) in the 18th over as Mubeen smashed 103. Mazhar scalped 3 wickets.

Pak Madinah thrashed Mardouf Green by 101 runs. Pak Madinah, opting to bat first, produced 199 for 7 as Ali stroked 65 with 8 fours, Hashim hit 3 sixes and 2 fours to compile 55 and Rizwan 27. Hassan grabbed 2 wickets. Mardouf Green was restricted to 98 to lose by huge 101 runs as Mansha blasted 18, Asif Ali 21 and Azeem 17. Mohsin and Rizwan claimed 3 wickets each.

Mardouf Unique had the last laugh against Pak Punjab by 7 wickets. Pak Punjab was bundled out for 140 as Allah Datta contributed 31, Arshad 38 and Asad 15. Tauseef, Irfan and Shafaqat picked up 2 wickets each. Mardouf Unique responded with 144 for 3 in the 15th over as Shahid Shad scored 39, Imtiyaz 24 and Shahbaz 34.

Masco-XI had the better of Pak United by 5 wickets. Pak United scored 159 for 9 through Sarfaraz making 74 and Ajmal 23. Adnan grabbed 4 wickets and Rafaat had 2 wickets. Masco-XI reached 160 for 5 in the 15th over with Asrar making 37, Naeem 47 and Usman 19. Zulfikhar claimed 2 wickets. —SG
