RIYADH — Al Faisaliah Hotel, a Rosewood Hotel embarks on another milestone as it welcomes eligible young Saudis to become potential members of its workforce. To mark the importance of the occasion, no less than the Regional Director of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Mohammed Al-Absi paid a visit to express his support and the Fund's solidarity with the hotel's agenda of training and employing more Saudi nationals, thereby providing them the opportunity to develop their skills and polish their careers in the hospitality industry. The hotel's Recruitment Day is aimed at further strengthening its Saudi workforce in line with the national program and in keeping with its corporate social responsibility. Al-Absi commended Al Faisaliah Hotel's sustained initiative of creating an environment to increase the employability and enhance the skills of the Saudi workforce, adding that it is another step forward for the Saudi labor to compete at a global level. “Al Faisaliah Hotel's continuing Saudi employment program will ensure that the Kingdom has a qualified local workforce capable of sustaining future economic development,” Al-Absi remarked. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to avail of the hotel's comprehensive training programs that start from the integration stage and continue throughout their careers. Advanced training programs include supervisory and managerial skills conducted in-house or through affiliation with renowned institutions such as the Harvard School of Business and eCornell University.
