RIYADH — 'Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, underwent successfully a surgery in the vertebrae in the United States of America. Prince Saud is conducting a usual physiotherapy following the surgery,' the Royal Court issued in a statement today. — SPA
