‘SAWA visit' customers may
upgrade SIM cards to AlJawal
JEDDAH - Saudi Telecom Company (STC) enabled its customers who are visiting the Kingdom to upgrade their AlJawal SIM cards to AlJawal postpaid with the same mobile number and free of charge.
The company said that all Kingdom's visitors from businessmen and tourists to Umrah visitors and pilgrims who own “SAWA Visit” SIM card may upgrade their SIM card that was limited to 120 days only.
SAWA Visit” category can be obtain with price of SR40 including a basic credits balance of SR40, in addition to all basic free services from AlJawal such as Internet, MMS, and voice messages among other main services that provided only from AlJawal.
Customers can upgrade their SIM cards from prepaid limited category to postpaid unlimited category without conditions, by visiting the closest AlJawal sales outlets around the Kingdom, in which they will have to fill in a special form. Customers can also enjoy all offers and free services made for the postpaid category.
