Saraya Aqaba Real Estate Development Company PSC., represented by its General Manager Shadi Ramzi Al Majali, and Arabtech Jardaneh represented by Managing Director of the Buildings Department Eng. Hakam Bitar, signed a consultancy agreement for the design and construction supervision services of Nikki Beach Resort and Spa at Saraya Aqaba, whereby Arabatech Jardaneh (ATJ), a local Jordanian lead consultant, will be responsible for the design and construction works for the Nikki Beach Resort and Spa and Nikki Beach Lifestyle Residences located in Saraya Aqaba's North Beach, for an area of 17,000 m2. ATJ signed a sub-consultancy agreement with a third party namely Gasterelia Design and Gasterelia Nawar based in Beirut as architect for Nikki Beach Resorts. The agreement comes as a result of the partnership between Saraya Aqaba and Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts in May 2008. Nikki Beach Resort and Spa at Saraya Aqaba will entail hotel rooms, hotel suites, and residential components as envisioned by Nikki Beach developers of the boutique hotel concept and life full of sheer luxury. The resort will also offer a wide range of dining facilities and restaurants, beach club and outdoor pool, Spa and fitness facilities, business center with meeting rooms, as well as retail shops. “In Saraya Aqaba, we follow the holistic strategy of Saraya Holdings, as we always seek partnership with the best in the fields of construction and hospitality; thus we partnered with Arabtech Jardaneh to be our lead construction and design consultant for Nikki Beach” said Ramzi. We are currently in the design phase and construction should commence shortly.” Saraya Aqaba is the flagship project of Saraya Holdings that was announced in the World Economic Forum in the Dead Sea in 2005, it was established in 2006, located in the heart of Aqaba on the magnificent shores of the Gulf of Aqaba, Red Sea with a total area of 634,000 m2.
