Most taxis in other countries are Mercedes or similar cars. The drivers speak English and many wear a tie as a sign of service and respect. It is easy to fix the problem. Let women drive, and then half of the taxi fleet will not be needed. As for the other half of the fleet, hire young Saudi graduates who have good communication skills.
