How could officials consider returning her to a heartless mother who wishes her dead, just because the father was so heartless as to commit rape First of all, the father should be punished. Second, he should pay alimony for the child. Third, the child should be given a chance to live with those who care about her, regardless of nationality and marital relations. The child is innocent, and it is easy to consider her to be a lost child and create papers for her so that she can lead a normal life.
