MEMPHIS — Tim Duncan notched his first triple-double since 2010 Friday as NBA champions San Antonio Spurs beat Memphis 107-101 to end the Grizzlies' 22-game regular-season home winning streak. Duncan scored 14 points, pulled down 10 rebounds and handed out 10 assists for the Spurs, who have now beaten the Grizzlies nine straight times including in post-season clashes. Duncan, 38, now owns eight career triple-doubles — four in the regular season and four in the playoffs. He became the second-oldest player, behind 40-year-old Karl Malone in 2003, to post a triple-double. His feat, and San Antonio's 14 three-pointers, helped the Spurs overcome the third-quarter departure of Tony Parker with what the team called a mild hamstring strain. The Spurs jumped out to a 13-2 lead and never trailed. Manu Ginobili contributed 17 points and seven assists and Danny Green added 16 points for San Antonio, who have won nine of their last 10 games. Spanish center Marc Gasol, who was a game-time decision with a right knee bruise, posted 28 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks for Memphis. Mike Conley added 23 points and 10 assists for the Grizzlies, who have lost two straight after seeing their five-game winning streak snapped by Houston Wednesday. Celtics 113, Lakers 96: The Boston Celtics rolled to an emphatic win over the Los Angeles Lakers in a battle between two long-time rivals who have fallen on hard times. The Celtics (6-11) led almost throughout against Kobe Bryant's Lakers (5-15). Center Tyler Zeller scored a career-high 24 points and grabbed a season-high 14 rebounds to power the Celtics to their first win in eight games against the Western Conference. Cavaliers 105, Raptors 91: LeBron James scored 24 points and added 13 assists and seven rebounds as the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Toronto Raptors to extend their winning streak to six games. Hornets 103, Knicks 102: Kemba Walker hit a driving layup as time expired and the Charlotte Hornets snapped a 10-game losing streak with a wild win over the New York Knicks. Walker's winner came after the Hornets blew a 21-point second-half lead. Carmelo Anthony's three-pointer gave the Knicks a 102-101 lead with 40 seconds left. Wizards 119, Nuggets 89: John Wall almost recorded a triple-double with 12 assists, nine points and eight rebounds despite not playing in the fourth quarter for the Washington Wizards, who easily scored their most points this season as they demolished the Denver Nuggets. Six players scored in double figures for the Wizards (13-5), who won their fourth straight game, all at home. Hawks 98, Nets 75: DeMarre Carroll scored 16 of his 18 points in the first half and the Atlanta Hawks ran their winning streak to five games with a rout of the Brooklyn Nets. Thunder 103, Sixers 91: Two nights after posting their first victory of the season, the Philadelphia 76ers reverted to form as Russell Westbrook scored 27 points to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a comfortable road win. Rockets 114, Timberwolves 112 (OT): Nick Johnson's driving layup with less than one second remaining in overtime saw the depleted Houston Rockets beat the Minnesota Timberwolves. James Harden scored a season-high 38 points for the Rockets. Suns 118, Mavericks 106: Goran Dragic had 28 points and 13 assists as the Phoenix Suns notched a significant road victory over Dallas. Dragic, the Suns' leading scorer in the last three games, was instrumental in keeping Phoenix ahead down the stretch as the Mavericks (15-6) saw their five-game winning streak end.
