Castrol, a leading global lubes provider, has signed a partnership deal with Saudi Arabia's Reem International Circuit encompassing the motorsport center's complete portfolio of driver development initiatives. The agreement, initially scheduled to run for a period of two years, is aimed at identifying talented Saudi drivers while developing and honing their skills as part of Reem's and Castrol's wider strategy to promote motor sports in the Kingdom. The Castrol-backed motor-sport development programs range from karting, saloon series, to open wheelers races. “At Reem International Circuit we form strategic partnerships with companies that wish to contribute to the development of motorsports and the promotion of safe driving principles in Saudi Arabia. Tucked away near the world's largest conservation area for the desert gazelle, or Reem, the 3.8 km track is 70 km away from Riyadh.
