The Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Cup final between Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr is set to evoke exciting memories of Riyadh derby at the King Fahd International Stadium here Wednesday. The training camps of the finalists have turned into beehives in the last three days as winning the cup means a lot to them. Al-Hilal, which has a record number of trophies in the competition, seeks to add an eighth cup. Meanwhile, Al-Nasr, which is appearing in a final after a gap of ten years, is determined to redeem its prestige. The last cup that Al-Nasr won was in 1998, incidentally the same Prince Faisal competition. The final will be attended by Prince Sultan Bin Fahd, General President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare and the President of the Saudi Football Federation (SAFF). Al-Hilal looks better especially after rekindling its hopes to win the Saudi Premier league after a 1-1 draw against Al-Ittifaq last Sunday. Al-Nasr, which won the Prince Faisal Cup twice, will be eager to break the unbeaten run of Al-Hilal in the local competition. Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr have met three times this season on different occasions where Al-Hilal won two clashes - Crown Prince Cup and the first leg of the Saudi League - while the two sides drew in the second leg in league actions. Al-Hilal's Romanian coach Cosmin Olariou will have the services of five of his A squad in an attempt to support the Olympic team with ace players. Olariou refused to announce his five players but sources say that international Tariq Al-Taib of Libya and Kahled Aziz will be among the starting lineup. The medical team in Al-Hilal also refused to reveal any details about Yasser Al-Qhatani who picked an injury in the Saudi Arabia match against Uzbekistan last week. If Al-Qhatani is not ready, young striker Badr Al-Kharashi will assist Congolese striker Lelo Mbele in his mission in the frontline. Al-Nasr, which closed its training camp last Monday, is expected to depend on its defense and midfield players in the final. Most of Al-Nasr players, however, are under 23 years old. International striker Saad Al-Harithi will join the team along side Mohammed Al-Shahrani. Argentinean coach Daniel Asad is expected to apply a 4-5-1 formation to break Hilal's strong midfielders. The match will be officiated by a Swiss team, led by famous referee Massimo Busacca. __
