A Chadian man was beheaded on Wednesday in Makkah after being convicted of rape, the Interior Ministry said. A drunken Ibrahim Mohammad Ali Ibrahim broke into a house with intent to commit burglary but sexually assaulted the owners's daughter at knifepoint, the ministry said in a statement.
