INCHEON, South Korea — Indian boxers will be allowed to participate at the Asian Games after world body AIBA gave provisional recognition to a new national federation, but there is still no certainty they'll get to participate under the national flag. AIBA President C.K. Wu issued a statement Tuesday emphasizing the importance of managing the new body - Boxing India - in a “transparent, fair, democratic manner.” The previous Indian Boxing Federation had been suspended by AIBA in December 2012 for not following proper procedures during elections in which it elevated previous president Abhay Singh Chautala to chairman of the body. — AP
