Veteran Ed Cordova splashed his deadly form to lift Kanny Powder Milk to the Team of the week in the 4th week of the Jeddah Bowling City Monday League being held at the Jeddah Lanes Bowling Center. Cordova rocked lanes to post a towering three-game series scratch of 683 to corner bowling limelight. He had on lines of 235, 216 and 223. It helped Kanny Powder Milk post a towering 42 points, that helped the team claim the Team of the Week award. The other bowlers who sparkled were Raul delos Reyes, Tommy Castro, Nap Patayan, Archie Santos and the one-time 300 perfect holder, Rene Santiago. Delos Reyes and De Castro drilled 640 and 636 points while Santos and Patayan hit 581 and 577. Santiago scored 561 points. League leader Luvenor recorded another fine performances to submit 39 points. Showing the way in Luvenor were Li Lavern with 670 points on lines of 174, 235, 201 and Leo Pangilinan (602). Roger Daquioag and Val Magsino sizzled to score 589 and 577 while Nards Hassan and Bonnie Garcia chipped in 564 and 543. Bowling City quintet, mentored by Igna Salgado, delighted by collecting 32 points with Salgado firing 608 points. Rudy Valenzuela burned lanes by posting 599 points. Oca Bernabe scored 585 points while the duo of titlists Cris Villavelez and Rally Zamora sparked an identical series of 580. Nick Gozun carded 563 points. Blue Shark through the good game of Amro Al-Amri sealed 27 points. Al-Amri tallied a three-game series of 602, with a game high of 234. Hassan Halwani and Mohanad Abufaraj scored 599 and 584 while Nasser Hogbi and Nabel Omar downed 558 and 548. Inserts Amigo and Kamikazee Cannon Balls recorded an identical 24 points and the leading scorers in Inserts Amigo was Mar Cabrera with 609 and he was followed by Ernie Geslani (598), Rudy Punzalan (578), Randy Mata (572), Sid Sagun (523) and Noeh Leysa (515). For the Kamikazee Cannon Balls at the limelight was Ernie Pilapil with 604 points. Arnold Santoc had 581. Ruel Santoc and Manny Tibay poured 569 and 560 while Joel Nidoy and Ferdie Coloma registered 555 and 531. A total of 21 points were recorded by the Al-Mottawer and at the helm was Hussam Kamfar with 625 points. Waheeb Kamfar and Ammar Tarad sealed 575 and 569 points. Shams Kamfar, Ahmed Trigano and Badr Banjar snatched 550, 508 and 455 points respectively. Other results: Insektos 18 points, Expeditors 17 points, International 16 points and D'Shawly Striker 4 points. __
