With reference to the article "Women with master's degrees complain of unemployment" (Aug. 3), when it comes to post graduate professionals, the country relies on expatriates. The norms for the recruitments are mostly postgraduates with 3 to 5 years experience, having no scope for fresh postgraduates. Many companies don't even have internship positions. Most companies find hard to recruit as the norms requires experience. They must change the norms to recruite locals. Internship, apprentice positions for masters must be opened in all the companies.
