I agree with the article "Pre-iftar is best time for exercise: Trainer" (July 23). It is also a good time for dua (supplication). From the fitness perspective, yes this article is right. But the Ramadan iftar time is the best time for dua and Qur'an reading. Use the last half hour of the fasting period for these good deeds and complete all workouts prior to that. I finish my workout and take a shower by 5:45 a.m. The most important last hour is available to most of us who are trying to keep in shape. HH, Online response
