King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, on Wednesday deputized Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz to undertake the management of the affairs of the state and to take care of the interests of the citizens during his absence, according to a Royal Order. “As we are planning to travel abroad today, November 5, 2008, we have deputized brother Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz to undertake the management of the affairs of the state and to take care of the interests of the citizens during our absence, said the Royal Order. Later the Monarch left the Kingdom for abroad. The King will participate in the summit of the United Nations on dialogue among monotheistic religions and cultures. He will also participate in the G-20 economic summit in the United States.
