Maid breaks pelvis trying window escape

An Asian housemaid was injured after jumping from a window to escape from her sponsor's house in Jubail on Tuesday. Yousuf Al-Qahtani, spokesman for the Eastern Province Police, said the maid fractured her pelvis and bones in the face and was being treated in hospital. Authorities were informed of the incident by a passerby who found the injured woman lying on a street. – Okaz/SG __
