JEDDAH – Following the unveiling of Golden Tower project in Jeddah by Solidere International and Altaameer Limited, which is located at one of the best sites on the Corniche, and after completing of foundations and main pillars works, along with finishing of isolation and drying the floor of the project, now work has begun in the concrete base of the tower. The project has laid new standards in luxury housing real estate through its external architecture and luxurious interior designs, including its distinctive main lobby, which is of nine meters height, in addition to water fountains and water features which are distributed throughout the lobby to reflect a feeling of harmonization with the vibrant beauty of Jeddah corniche on the Red Sea. The housing units interior was designed to meet the needs of the Saudi family while maintaining the utmost privacy, luxury and precision in the selection of interior finishes. Raed Nofal, Sales and Marketing Manager of Golden Tower, said the work in Golden Tower is on schedule after getting all the necessary official permits, including a license from Ministry of Commerce and Industry for selling housing units on the map. The project is expected to be completed by mid-2016. He assured that companies working on the project are among the most important companies in the region that have the necessary expertise and specialization of project implementation, including Al Saad Contracting Company, Saudi Diyar Consultants as the engineering consultant for the project, and EFECO Electromechanical Co., an affiliate of Arabtec Construction Co.
