Mattias Ohlund scored in the 13th round of the shootout, giving the Vancouver Canucks a 7-6 win over the Anaheim Ducks in the NHL on Friday despite blowing a three-goal lead. Ohlund sent a wrist shot past the Ducks goalie to end a roller-coaster contest and Anaheim's five-game winning streak. Anaheim scored with 57 seconds remaining to send the game into overtime, completing a Ducks rally. However, the home team then missed 12 out of 13 in the shootout. Anaheim right-winger Teemu Selanne got two goals, moving him into a tie with Guy Lafleur for 20th place all-time with 560 career goals. Blackhawks 5, Stars 2: In Chicago, Patrick Kane had a goal and two assists, leading Chicago over Dallas. Chicago remained unbeaten in regulation-time games at home this season. Dallas was playing the first of five straight away games. The result further damaged the Stars' league-worst record of conceding 3.95 goals per game.
