Saudi Arabia coach Nasser Al-Johar announced his 26-man squad in a camp preparation for Saudi Arabia FIFA World Cup qualifier against North Korea this month. Al-Ittihad's ace midfielder Mohammed Noor was not among Al-Johar's squad despite media reports that named Noor on the top of Saudi squad. Currently, Mohammed Noor tops the Saudi Premier League scorers and his heroics keep Al-Ittihad on top of the table. Three new players figure in the squad while the list excluded Al-Nasr striker Saad Al-Harthi who had two yellow cards in the previous rounds. The 26-man squad will join a 23-day training camp in Riyadh before Saudi Arabia hosts North Korea at the King Fahd International Stadium on Nov. 19. During the preparatory camp, the team will play two friendly matches which were approved by the Saudi Football Federation last week.
