A water tanker fell off the second story of the Jamarat Bridge in Mina Friday afternoon. The driver and a passenger sustained different injuries but they were in stable condition at King Faisal Hospital in Shesha. The driver was blamed for the accident as he apparently did not comply with the traffic regulations and speed limit on the bridge, said Captain Fawzi Al-Ansar, spokesman of Makkah Traffic Department.
