Saudi Gazette report RIYADH – The Ministry of Labor will require all pharmacies to hire Saudi women by 2018. It has also set new dates for the third phase of feminizing certain jobs, requiring different types of businesses to replace male staff with women. Employers cannot force women to work before 9 a.m. or after 11 p.m. Those who violate the regulations will be fined. Moreover, employers who hire expatriate female workers to do jobs that have been Saudized will face penalties as well. The ministry's new decision requires all women's accessory shops to comply with the new regulations accordingly.
