Two youths in Jeddah take compliance with the law to extremes, as they wait with a queue of cars for the lights to change before setting off – on foot – in the same direction. Most likely they are trying to draw attention to a lack of respect for traffic lights. Every hour someone dies in a traffic accident in the Kingdom, with over 65% of accidents occurring because of excess speed and/or drivers disobeying traffic signals.
