Luxury property developer Abyaar took home two awards this year at the CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2008, held in Madinat Jumeirah. Abyaar's prominent ICE, launched recently at Cityscape Dubai 2008, won the award for the Best High-rise Architecture, while Hiliana won the award for Best High-rise Development. “I take this opportunity to thank and acknowledge all the efforts that contributed to this achievement, which puts Abyaar on the global real estate development scene,” said Khaled Salah Al Sayer, Corporate Communications manager at Abyaar. “We are so proud of being winners of CNBC Arabian Property awards - a win that reinforces our path to being recognized internationally as a quality-focused property developer.” “Our aim is to continually outdo customer satisfaction, and offer design and quality conscious buyers property which surpasses their expectations in terms of luxury and excellence,” added Al Sayer. ICE Tower is the first project by the joint venture announced earlier this year between Abyaar and Mada'in Properties. The 30-storey tower consists of 103 luxurious apartments. Hilliana, located in Acacia Avenue, features a total 148 apartments, all with water views, with the interior designs by world renowned interior designer Andree Putman. Hilliana follows on Abyaar's tradition of incorporating only the highest quality design and construction.
