Bowling City week's best team

The Bowling City team keglers produced a towering 39 points to capture the Team of the Week awards in the 3rd week of the Monday Bowling City League being held at the Jeddah Lanes Bowling Center.
Rudy Valenzuela burned the lanes to lift Bowling City to clinch the coveted award by posting a three-game series of 631. Splendid support was extended by Nick Gozon, Oca Bernabe, Igna Salgado, Rally Zamora and Cris Villavelez. Gozon and Bernabe scored separate series of 614 and 604 while Salgado ang Zamora contributed a series of 603.Villavelez chipped in 587 points.
Kanny Power Mild team, mentored by Rey del Rosario, rocked the lanes to produce 38 points through the fiery performances of Nap Patayan who posted 653 points. Patayan had on lines of 222, 224 and 183. The next best scorers were Raul delos Reyes (612) and Manny Laguardia (605). Del Rosario, Tommy de Castro and Ed “darna” Cordova submitted separate series of 589, 560 and 552.
Inserts Amigo and Kamikazee Cannon Balls recorded an identical 31.5 points respectively for the Bowling City. Leading scorers in the Inserts Amigo was the prolific Randy Mata who carded a series of 663, with a game-high of 246. The next best was Rudy Punzalan (618). Mar Cabrera and Danny Bautista added separate series of 573 and 561 while Alex Flora added 545 points.
For the Kamikazee Cannon Balls, at the forefront was Cesar Monares with 623 points and he was followed by Ruel Santoc (592), Arnol Santoc (588), Jack Jarin (572), Joel Nidoy (539) and Hadi Pacheco (538).
A total of 28.5 points were registered by the Expeditors and topscoring was Leo Edejer with 638 points on lines of 209, 203 and 202. Gerry Tano and Gerry Mandanas excelled by posting separate series of 593 and 567 while Mio Centeno and Goying Salazar hitted 547 and 541 points, respectively.
Luvenor sizzled to collect 25.5 points through the brilliant game of Val Magsino (618) and Leo Pangilinan (602). Roger Daquioag and Ed Sardena poured 586 and 578 to follow Pangilinan posting the best score while Bonnie Garcia downed 517 points.
Al Mottawer Group garnered 20 points and saw Hussam Kamfar at helm by tallying 617 points.
International team posted 17 points through the heroics of Eddie Tuico (635) and Pancho Cuevas (604). Insektos snatched 14 points and top was Nonie Yap with 640 points. The Blue Shark and D'Shawly Striker team keglers recorded 10 and 9 points respectively.
Zaldy Bacero and Eddie Tuico powered International team to seal 36 points to capture the Team of the Week award in the second week. An overall total team output of 3,027 points were registered by the International team.
Aside from Bacero and Tuico who lifted International team for bagging the award were Rene Martinez, Jess Pineda, Pancho Cuevas and Verasak Di. Martinez and Pineda posted separate series of 599 and 592 in three games while Verasak and Martinez chipped in 586 and 541. An overall total team output of 3,027 points were registered by the International team.
Also at the spotlight was the Inserts Amigo team which recorded 34 points and topscoring was Randy Mata with 635 points, with a game high of 245 in his card.
Al Mottawer Group snatched 34 points and saw Mohd Garoot rocked lanes to be at the helm by posting a towering 656 points.
Blue Shark posted 30.5 points through the sterling performance of Faris Mohd who toppled a towering 682 series handicap in three games.
Hard-hitting Goying Salazar seared lanes to lift Expeditors to seal 28 points. Salazar shot a three game series of 633.
Insektos poured 27 points through the heroics of Mao Orolfo who posted a series of 639. A total of 24 points were registered by the Luvenor and and at the forefront were Roger Daquiaog (639), Ed Sardena (584), Leo Pangilinan (580), Nards Hassan (572) and LJ Lavern (496).
