SHERATON Dammam Hotel introduces Chef Avelino as the hotel's new Japanese cuisine chef at Asahi Pan-Asian restaurant. Asahi restaurant is a gateway to a Far Eastern culinary experience serving Pan-Asian cuisine with Sushi, Sashimi, Tempuras and Teppanyaki in its Japanese section and Wonton dumplings, Peking Spring rolls in the Chinese setting of the restaurant. Asahi is located on the top floor at the Sheraton Dammam Hotel and it serves Pan-Asian cuisine with Sushi, Sashimi, Tempuras and Teppanyaki in its Japanese section and Wonton dumplings, Peking Spring rolls in the Chinese setting of the restaurant. Chef Avelino started his career in the hospitality industry back in 1986 when he joined as a cook in Manila, Philippines at a popular restaurant and has since come a long way. He also worked for International 5 star hotels in Asia, Africa and Middle East before joining the Asahi restaurant at Sheraton Dammam Hotel. With 28 years experience in Sushi, Sashimi and Teppanyaki cooking he is by any standard, a culinary mastermind. At Asahi, Chef Avelino plans to introduce the authentic taste of Japan to a wider range of customers in Dammam.
