New federal cabinet comprising nearly two dozens of ministers takes oath on Monday. President Pervez Musharraf will administer oath to the ministers. The first phase of the new cabinet would include 24 ministers consisting of eleven nominees of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), nine of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), two of the Awami National Party (ANP), one from Jamiat Ulemae Islam (JUI) and one from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA). The cabinet would be formed in three phases. The new ministers would be Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Foreign Affairs, Khursheed Shah, Manpower & Overseas Pakistanis, Sherry Rehman, Information and Broadcasting, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Water and Electricity, Syed Naveed Qamar, Privatisation, Ports and Shipping, Farooq H. Naik, Law, Qamar-uz-Zaman Kaira, Narcotics Control, Nazar Gondal Anti-Terrorism, Najam-ud-Din Khan, Hamayun Aziz, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Senior ministers, Ishaq Dar, Finance, Khawaja Asif, Petroleum, Sardar Mehtab Khan, Railways, Shahid Khakkan Abbasi, Defense Production, Khawaja Saad Rafiq, Youth Affairs, Rana Tanvir Ahmad, Human Rights, Tehmina Daultana, Human Rights, Ahsan Iqbal, Education, Ghulam Ahmad Bilour, Local Government, Muhammad Khan Hoti, Social Welfare, Rehmatullah Kakar Religious Affairs, and Hameedullah Jan Afridi, Minister for States and Frontier Region. __
