When you have officials lacking integrity, and when you have 80 percent of the population dependent on welfare, then you have a deep social problem that needs to be addressed. Encourage your nationals to get trained for the jobs that require skilled workers. Give freedom and their rights to women so that they can work and contribute to the economy.
