The Ministry of Islamic Affairs is holding its annual exhibition in Hail, beginning on 27 October, to promote efforts in the propagation of Islam. The “Be Called” exhibition, as this year's edition is titled, will showcase the efforts of the Kingdom to spread the message of Islam and serve Muslims, and how Muslims can better contribute in the call to Islam. Ahmad Al-Nawawi, Public Relations Manager at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, described the layout as “divided into eight sections, among them the King Fahd Complex for printing the Holy Qur'an, a display area for manuscripts and recordings, and the most important corner with a range of multi-media to show the damaging effects of terrorism on Saudi citizens.” Held at the Al-Roshan Exhibition Center in Hail, the “Be Called” exhibition will focus on various ways to propagate Islam. “Methods are different from one person to another,” Al-Nawawi said. “We cannot call everyone to Islam in the same way. People's thinking is different and each person needs special strategies to be convinced.” Women's days, a period of five days beginning from 30 October, will host lecturers and academics paying particular attention to training courses and charity work, while the remaining men-only days will also put a range of issues under the spotlight. “We will be discussing, among other subjects, Jihad and its rules and regulations, the message from the Propagation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in achieving security, a vision for the Kingdom's future, the intentions of Islamic law, and the rights of non-Muslim people,” said Al-Nawawi. Visiting times will be from 9 .30 a.m. to 12 p.m, and 4.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. – SG __
