RIYADH — Most job opportunities that have been created by the rapid growth of the Kingdom's economy have been taken by expatriates rather than Saudis, according to Tim Callen, International Monetary Fund's mission chief in the Kingdom. Callen, who attended the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency's program on international fund and financing, said creating job opportunities for the Saudi young men and women is one of the major challenges the Kingdom faces. Those young men and women can increase economic growth, he claimed.
