Rosewood Corniche, Jeddah's top ultra-luxury hotel, has announced the return of Noodles, its unique interactive Chinese restaurant. Closed for the Holy Month of Ramadan, Noodles is now reopening for diners looking for innovative spins on traditional Chinese cuisine. Guests are treated to an open-show kitchen where dishes are freshly prepared before their eyes, an educational and entertaining experience. In celebration of the reopening, Rosewood Corniche is revealing an updated menu including traditional Chinese specialities from many regions. One of China's most famous delicacies, shark fin soup, is prominently featured on the menu. Peking Duck receives particular attention as well, as chefs carve and serve the dish alongside tables in the dining area. Stir-fried lamian noodles and fresh lobster are other new menu additions. “Noodles offers a fine dining experience that is different and innovative for Jeddah's residents and visitors, and we're pleased to announce its return,” said Hans-Peter Leitzke, managing director at Rosewood Corniche. “At Rosewood we pride ourselves in delivering quality food and a memorable dining experience.”
