Milan Hejduk scored twice as the Colorado Avalanche held on to edge the Dallas Stars 5-4 in the NHL on Saturday. Darcy Tucker, John-Michael Liles and Tyler Arnason also scored for the Avalanche in their first road win of the season. Joe Sakic and Wojtek Wolski had two assists each for Colorado. Colorado took a 5-2 lead into the third period, but Dallas got close when Loui Eriksson scored from the slot with 18 minutes left and Brad Richards scored 4:47 later. Dallas also had a late goal overturned. Penguins 4, Maple Leafs 1: At Pittsburgh, Sidney Crosby posted his 100th career NHL goal and his 200th assist in leading Pittsburgh over Toronto. Playing on a line with fellow young star Evgeni Malkin for the first time during an entire game this season, the 21-year-old Crosby had a goal and three assists to give him 100 goals and 202 assists for 302 points in 219 career games. Malkin assisted on all four Penguins goals to give him 201 points in 166 NHL games. Pascal Dupuis, Miroslav Satan and Petr Sykora also had goals for Pittsburgh. Nik Antropov scored for Toronto, which has only nine goals in five games. Red Wings 5, Rangers 4, OT: At Detroit, Marian Hossa's first goal with Detroit, scored 23 seconds into overtime, gave the defending Stanley Cup champions a comeback win over the New York Rangers. The winner was Hossa's 300th NHL goal.
