TABUK — Five Saudis have been apprehended for breaking into several homes and cars and opening fire on police officers, said Tabuk Police spokesman Lt. Col. Muhammad Al-Rashidi. The police had received several reports of theft from citizens and expatriates over the past few days. Due to the severity of their crimes, the police formed a team of undercover agents and investigators and directed them to work around-the-clock to bring the offenders to justice. Patrol officers were ordered to intensify their patrols all over Tabuk. In a short time, three suspects were arrested and the other two were apprehended later. The gang of five pulled off 66 robberies.
