Bautista, fresh from his triumphant win of bagging the coveted prestigious masters event title on the just concluded FBGR Ramadan Eid Get-Together Bowlfest'08, burned lanes to produce a towering four-game series scratch of 935 on lines of 246, 236, 265, 188. It helped Ericsson wallop Bank Albilad, 14-11. The other bowlers who sparkled in Ericsson squad were Ellen Bernabe (755 points), Rocky Manipon (698) and lefty Arnold Marchan (522). Emil Rances and Ric Tugonon added 361 and 298. Fastrising Edwin Nunez, led in Bank Albilad by posting a four-game series of 875 while Joe Garido, Cynthia Bacala and Fahad Al-Haza contributed separate series of 734, 732 and 694 points respectively. Willy Nicol added 553 series in three games. D'Arkiteks scored victory against Target 5, 9-6 through the efforts of Benny Mondoy (751), Dan Vallesteros (694) and the Female Bowler of the Week Jane Buenaventura (680). Alex Tajan chipped in 674 points while Chris Sotero registered 644 points. Leading scorers in Target 5 were Fareed Aquino with 794 points, Sonny Alviso (692), Cely Mendoza (661), Hani Al-Nasleh (640) and Buddy Balisi (637). Al-Jeathen Trading Group rolled past SABB Corporate Banking, 14-5 and saw the triumvirate of Onar Garcia, Lulu Quejada and Victor Edan topscoring in Al-Jeathen by posting 763, 732 and 713 respectively. Edwin Atienza and Romy Cabrillas scored 535 and 509. Doy del Moral poured 748 points to be on top in SABB Corporate Banking while Rina Labo and Jun Jabonero submitted 690 and 661. Arnold Jesena tallied 648. Mike Ecalnir downed 476 series in three outings. Lane Warriors, mentored by Pastor Rodel Canda, dismantled Schneider-Electric, 14-7 and at the centerstage were Besty Costumbrado with 808 points, Nelson Respicio (788), Resty de Jesus (745), Canda (732) and Nolie Medrano (592). Marvin Arocena and Cas Encila led in Schneider-Electric by knocking down a series of 761 and 735 while Esther Melgar garnered 679 points. SABB-PFS, Rolly Cleofe and Beybs Serafico colored the lanes red to bag the best team, best male and female bowlers of the week awards on the 18th week.
