A delegation of mayors of French cities visiting the Masmak Palace in Riyadh on Saturday. The palace, built in 1865, was the starting point of King Abdul Aziz to recover the capital of his ancestors. The palace has been renovated and transformed to a public museum. Earlier in the day, Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Riyadh Region, received the delegation and reviewed aspects of cooperation between the Kingdom and France in the field of municipal services and urban heritage. The French delegation is expected to visit a number of historical sites and centers including King Abdul Aziz Historical Center, Jeddah's historical sites and Madaen Salih.
