Saudi Telecom Company (STC) recently participated in an international loyalty programs conference held in London with a workshop paper presented by Engineer Sa'ad Bin Dhafer Al-Qahtani, VP of Home Services and Loyalty Programs General Supervisor at STC. Addressing a gathering of more than 200 international experts, Al-Qathani gave a presentation reviewing Saudi Telecom's leading role in devising and implementing customer loyalty programs, as demonstrated by STC's own Qitaf program, which is considered to be one of the largest in the Middle East. “We are very pleased to contribute STC's wide experience of customer loyalty programs to this conference,” he said. “In developing the Qitaf program we consulted world class specialists in loyalty programs and combined their expertise with STC's in-depth knowledge of the Saudi market to create a program tailor-made to reward STC customers for their loyalty by fulfilling their expectations and offering exclusive services,” Al
