I appreciate the vision of Dr. Ataur Rahman for high education in Pakistan as expounded in the article "Education is the biggest investment for a nation" by Syed Mussarat Khalil (Feb. 12). His contribution in the past decade as head of Higher Education Commission (HEC) was exemplar in the history of Pakistan. We hope that the new government will acknowledge his talent and reappoint him as HEC head to revive the true mission of education in Pakistan.
