Taif Health Department is investigating the circumstances that led to the murder, said Siraj Al-Humidan, spokesman of the Taif Health Department.The killer had the freedom to move freely inside the hospital thanks to his hospital badge, sources said. Al-Nuzha Police in Taif have done preliminary investigations at the crime scene, said Maj. Turki Al-Shehri, spokesman of Taif Police. The hospital has a history of egregious examples of in-patient treatment.
