Saudi Gazette report RIYADH - The Ministry of Labor has decided to implement four of the draft decisions it posted on its website (http://www.ma3an.gov.sa) for public participation, according to Ahmed Al-Humaidan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor for Labor Policies. These draft decisions are: The cumulative percentage in calculation of Saudization, secure Nitaqat (zones) conditional to obtain services, the third stage of feminization of shops selling women's items, and organizing women's work in outsourcing. The ministry assigned the administration concerned to carry out detailed studies on contents of these draft decisions in consultation with business owners and committees of the Council of Saudi Chambers to finalize their implementation after incorporating the observations of the public. The ministry said that the e-gate provided the opportunity for the participation of the public and those interested in improving draft decisions before their implementation. Al-Humaidan said the ministry values the participation of all by presenting their opinions and observations. It also confirms that it will seriously weigh all viewpoints so as to achieve the interests of all parties. He said a specialist team is studying, classifying and analyzing all observations and opinions on the draft decisions published through the e-gate. Since the launch of the e-gate, the ministry presented 24 draft decisions and five organizational documents.
