These remittances were earned by the blood and sweat of expatriates' hard work, so no one needs to raise their eyebrows. This money is being sent by breadwinners to their dependents back home. However, this should not include foreigners who are involved in cover-up businesses which affect Saudis. It is because of these businesses that hardworking expats are targeted.
