Tired of the cumbersome and delayed procedures for reservation on Saudi Arabian Airlines flights? Well, now you can cheer as Saudia has signed a contract with the Amadeus Company that will provide passengers with the newest and speediest reservation service. Starting with the new year, passengers will no longer face difficulties in making changes to their flight schedules as the 10-year Saudia contract with Amadeus will provide them with the most advanced reservations facilities in the world. “We are aiming to offer the most convenient service to passengers by opening a central reservation system. All travel agencies and reservation offices will be hooked up to the system,” said Abdul Aziz Al-Hazemy, Assistant to the Executive Manager in the marketing department of Saudi Arabian Airlines. The new system will give passengers information about all scheduled flights and allow them to choose the day of travel without delaying or canceling their reservations, he said. Al-Hazemy said Amadeus was chosen by the airlines after a thorough study of their system of operation. __
