PITTSBURGH — Sidney Crosby's 20th goal of the season helped the Pittsburgh Penguins win a season-high seventh straight game, 4-3 over the Calgary Flames in the NHL Saturday. The Penguins led 4-1 late in the second period and had to hold off the Flames for their 10th straight win at home and 12th victory in their last 13 games. Crosby had a goal and two assists to extend his season-high points streak to 10 games. He leads the NHL with 54 points. Pascal Dupuis, Harry Zolnierczyk and James Neal also scored. Mike Cammalleri, Jiri Hudler and Paul Byron scored for Calgary. The Flames have lost four straight and six of their last nine. Coyotes 4, Senators 3 (OT): Center Antoine Vermette completed his hat trick with 2:37 left in overtime to give the Phoenix Coyotes a road victory over the Ottawa Senators. The Coyotes stopped their losing streak at three games, while the Senators lost their third in a row. Kings 3, Avalanche 2 (SO): Goaltender Martin Jones stopped 23 shots while tying an NHL record as the Los Angeles Kings beat the Colorado Avalanche in a shootout. Jones equaled an NHL record by winning his eighth straight game at the start of a season. Ducks 5, Islanders 3: The Anaheim Ducks rallied from a 3-1 deficit against the New York Islanders to set a franchise record with their eighth straight victory. Kyle Palmieri scored his second game-winning goal in as many nights and center Ryan Getzlaf recorded a hat trick to lift the Ducks to a road win. Devils 5, Capitals 4 (OT): The New Jersey Devils rallied back from a pair of two-goal deficits to force overtime, before defenseman Andy Greene swatted a puck out of the air for the game-winner 43 seconds into overtime for a road win over the Washington Capitals. Lightning 3, Hurricanes 2 (OT): Defenseman Radko Gudas blasted in the game-winner with 2:44 left in overtime as the Tampa Bay Lightning edged the Carolina Hurricanes. Gudas scored his second goal of the season as the Lightning (22-11-3) won their fourth straight, while Carolina (14-14-8) lost its fifth of six.
