AXA rolls out major brand campaign in KSA
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 03 - 12 - 2013

AXA Insurance – one of the largest and the leading non-life international insurers in the region which operates as AXA Cooperative in Saudi Arabia launched its most important brand campaign in KSA.
The drive is part of AXA Cooperative's strategy to reinforce AXA's world-class standards in the insurance sector. The TV advert, outdoor and online campaign emphasizes the benefits of insurance and the need to protect and secure our family as well as the precious things we own. It also supports the company's vision and insurance solutions that offer more than any other traditional insurance products coupled with its renowned customer experience.
With its long and successful history in the Kingdom for over 30 years, AXA is now one of the top 5 insurance companies. It has built a significant Motor and Health portfolio (including SMEs) but is also very successful in construction and marine insurance. More than 500,000 customers already entrust AXA in the region to protect their businesses, families as well as their assets (homes, cars and other precious things they own). The brand campaign will also shed light on the company's expansion plans in KSA, its sales distribution, product offering and operational processes that reassure AXA's standards and brand promise. AXA Cooperative will open 13 new locations in 2013 in Jeddah, Riyadh and Eastern Province.
The core objective of the brand campaign is to sustain the AXA's vision to become the preferred company for clients, employees, providers & shareholders as well as reinforcing the company's brand values and core attributes – available, attentive and reliable. It will show AXA's even stronger commitment to its customers in redefining standards, and in putting customers at the heart of everything it does. Indeed, AXA Cooperative has heavily invested in the training and development of Saudi talent to face our customers and is committed to accelerate its growth in this country by further engaging and building the capacities of Saudi nationals in the insurance sector.
Jérôme Droesch, Chairman of AXA Cooperative, said: “With this campaign we want to communicate what sets AXA Cooperative apart: from the caring service our colleagues provide to our customers to our wide product portfolio. Through this campaign, we wish to emphasize that AXA is a powerful brand that people should trust.”
He added: “We hope the campaign will engage the Saudi population with our international brand and communicate who we are – our positioning, ambitions and our values. Overall, we aim to set us apart – with positive, compelling messages. The launch of our Brand underlines our commitment to responding to what the people of the Kingdom strive for - stability and protection, and supporting them throughout different stages of life and business with innovative products and exceptional services. Looking forward, we are well positioned to capture the ample opportunities lying ahead of us and a number of initiatives are underway to accelerate our growth as the preferred company in the Kingdom and insurance industry.”
The revamped AXA's official website www.axa-cooperative.com will be launched at the same time with new contemporary interfaces and user-friendly navigation for customers. — SG
