Frontier Guards patrols arrested an Arab illegal alien while he was attempting to leave the country illegally. In the Half Moon Beach in Eastern Province, a 20-year-old swimmer was killed under a boat. The man, who was swimming in a restricted area, received first aid but died on way to the hospital. Meanwhile, in Al-Khafji, marine patrols rescued a boat with three Arab sailors as it was broken down in the middle of the sea, said the spokesman of the Eastern Province's Frontier Guards Colonel Mohammad Bin Sa'ad Al-Ghamdi. The patrols rescued 13 people from drowning during Eid holidays.
