RIYADH – The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) has launched the first outsourcing program in the Kingdom on an experimental basis, Deputy Director General for Special Programs Dr. Fahd Sulaiman Al-Tekhaifi said in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Wednesday. He said the program will open employment opportunities for female jobseekers and offer them a safe and convenient choice to work from home. The program is being developed by Takamul Holding Company for Business Services, which specializes in providing and supporting the services of the Ministry of Labor and Hadaf. In this connection, Takamul has signed the first memorandum of understanding for outsourcing services with Saudi “Tawsheer”, an information technology company. Dr. Khaled Abdulaziz Al-Ghunaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Takamul Company, said that the outsourcing program will help create new jobs for citizens.
