year-old girl drowned in the sea off Al-Nozhah, south of Al-Wajh, after she and her 13-year-old sister went missing, authorities said. The elder sister was rescued shortly after her parents reported the two missing to Tabuk Border Guards who dispatched a search party of 17 divers to the area. The body of the nine-year-old was recovered later. Major General Falih Al-Thaqeel, Commander of Tabuk Border Guards, expressed his condolences to the family of the victim and appealed to parents not to let their children go into deep water without adult supervision. – Okaz __
